Impact

FalconX is hiring a Brand Designer to elevate how we communicate with the world’s leading financial institutions. This role sits within Marketing and is responsible for translating complex financial and crypto concepts into clear, compelling, and visually sophisticated design. You will own the visual output across our external communications—from product announcements and long-form reports to event experiences and multimedia content.

We’re looking for someone who can operate at both a high creative level and a fast execution pace, delivering institutional-grade design that reflects the quality, precision, and credibility of FalconX.

At FalconX, you’ll help create a more open financial system. By powering trading, credit, and technology infrastructure, we enable institutions globally to access digital assets more efficiently. Your work will shape how this story is told.

  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to deliver delightful user experiences across all our platforms and influence product decisions
  • Work closely with the customer success team to understand the needs of existing and potential customers.
  • Own end-to-end user journey and all aspects of design execution from research and ideation, to prototyping, to user testing, to final production
  • Contribute to and participate in our design critique process and help continuously refine UI/UX to create user centric experiences
  • Provide mentorship and design feedback to other design team members

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in UI/UX design
  • Ability to own end-to-end design process from initial concept to final implementation
  • Proficient with visual design programs such as Adobe Suite, Sketch, After Effects, Figma etc.
  • Sharp attention to detail and mastery over your craft: visual design, interaction design, motion design, prototyping, and UX best practices
  • Understanding of patterns, best practices, and design standards across iOS, Android, and WebStrong communication and interpersonal skills to understand customer feedback and turn them into delightful product experiencesAbility to prioritize and manage multiple milestones and projects efficiently
  • Continued education and research into UI trends and current design strategy and technology

Brand & Marketing Design

  • Design high-quality visual assets across marketing channels, including:
    • Announcement graphics (static + motion)
    • One-pagers, long-form reports, and pitch decks (Google Slides)
    • Website and landing page design
  • Translate complex financial products into clean, intuitive, and visually compelling materials

Motion, Video & Audio

  • Create motion graphics and short-form video content for product launches and campaigns
  • Produce and edit video content, including product explainers and social clips
  • Support in-house podcast production, including audio editing and audiogram creation

Visual Storytelling & Systems

  • Develop diagrams, charts, and visual frameworks to explain trading strategies, products, and market concepts
  • Create reusable templates and design systems for marketing materials
  • Maintain and evolve FalconX’s visual identity across all touchpoints

Events & Campaigns

  • Design event-related materials, including invitations, signage, and digital assets
  • Support integrated campaigns with cohesive visual storytelling across formats

What We’re Looking For

The base pay for this role is expected to be between $145,000 - $180,000 in the New York City Area. This expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role will also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for a successful candidate will be determined based on a number of factors such as location, skillset, experience, qualifications and the level at which the candidate is hired.Notice at Collection and Privacy Policy
