The Leadership Growth department is set up to solely focus on driving an uplift in leadership capability and foster the community across the organization to achieve exceptional business results and long term growth of the company. About the Opportunity This is an individual contributor role based in Dubai, serving as OKX's regional hub for the Middle East. You will be embedded within the Leadership Growth team and act as a trusted advisor and executive coach to senior management leaders across commercial and corporate functions. You will work across teams distributed between the Dubai office and other locations in the Middle East and Europe, with regular engagement with global counterparts. This role has significant organizational influence - you will shape leadership culture and capability at a pivotal stage of OKG's regional expansion. We are looking for someone who is as comfortable facilitating a leadership offsite as they are analyzing people data or coaching an executive through a complex organizational challenge.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a core member of the Leadership Growth team, you will :
- Be the go-to partner for leaders who need to diagnose and resolve leadership and team effectiveness challenges, and accelerate their own growth as executives in a fast-scaling organization.
- Identify and close leadership capability gaps across functions; initiate targeted development plans for leaders; and lead succession planning for key roles in partnership with Leadership Growth colleagues and HR Business Partners.
- Conduct objective and structured assessments of team and organization health; identify root causes and recommend evidence-based solutions; analyze people and organization data to surface actionable insights for business leaders.
- Build and steward a leadership community - connecting leaders across functions and geographies to share practices, deepen relationships and strengthen culture, while supporting full performance management cycles.
What We Look For In You
- 7+ years of experience working in HR Business Partnering, Organizational Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Consulting, preferably in the internet/hi-tech/financial services industry
- Prior experience in consulting/supporting global commercial and corporate function teams
- Ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced working environment, with open-mindedness to new information and challenges.
- Logical and structured in problem solving, with a big picture in mind
- Past experience and credentials in leadership development tools is a plus
- English proficiency is required.
Nice to Haves
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Arabic, or another language spoken in the Middle East or Europe is a valued plus.
