About the Role
As thePeople Systems & Analytics Manager, you will be the architect of our people data infrastructure and the primary administrator forRippling. Reporting directly to theDirector, People Operations, your mission is to transform our HR tech stack into a scalable, automated engine that powers the entire employee lifecycle.
You won't just be maintaining systems; you will be building the "single source of truth" that leadership relies on to make critical business decisions. From designing intelligent AI-driven workflows to translating complex datasets into actionable insights, your work will directly impact our ability to scale efficiently. You will own the integrity, governance, and integration of our people data, ensuring that our systems (Payroll, Finance, Benefits) talk to each other seamlessly and that our team has the real-time insights they need to thrive.
About You
- **HRIS SME:**You have deep, hands-on experience administering HRIS Systems. You don’t just navigate the platform; you master its configurations, custom automations, and third-party integrations.
- **Data-Driven Storyteller:**You have a passion for "clean" data. You enjoy building sophisticated dashboards that track headcount, attrition, and workforce planning, and you possess the analytical bridge to turn those numbers into meaningful recommendations for stakeholders.
- **Automation Mindset:**You are tech-forward and actively look for ways to leverage AI tools. You thrive on replacing manual, repetitive tasks with intelligent workflows and proactive data anomaly detection.
- Detail-Oriented Architect:"Data hygiene" and "consistent nomenclature" are part of your professional DNA. You take pride in owning data governance and conducting the regular audits necessary to keep our systems pristine.
- **Problem Solver & Educator:**You enjoy being the go-to technical resource. Whether it's troubleshooting a system glitch for a manager or documenting a new process in the internal knowledge base, you are committed to high-quality system support and knowledge management.
- **Collaborative Integrator:**You understand how People Ops intersects with Finance and Payroll. You have experience managing complex integrations across various platforms to ensure a unified tech stack.
About the Work Environment:
