Your Purpose
As a PM in our Reconciliation team, you are the guardian of financial integrity. You will own the products that reconcile both Fiat and Crypto assets, ensuring that every movement is accounted for with precision. You aren't just managing a backlog; you are building the universal ledger platform that allows Bitso to scale safely across borders.

Who You Are
- Experienced PM: You have 2+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally within Platform, Payments, or Treasury. You have a proven track record of shipping features from ideation to launch.
- Financial Domain Expert: You understand the lifecycle of a transaction and why precise ledger reconciliation is the foundation of trust.
- Outcome-Focused: You are able to set goals that align with company OKRs. You understand your product's levers and are prepared to measure impact before and after delivery.
- Requirement Gatherer: You have the ability to gather requirements and define functionality in a clear, actionable format. You assess product needs holistically, involving Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders early in the process.
- Collaborative Partner: You thrive working closely with Engineers, Designers, and Operations teams. You foster partnerships within your squad to ensure a validated solution is ready before building begins.
- Insight-Driven: You leverage user feedback, research, and past data to understand pain points. You work to ensure the voice of the customer (both internal and external) is always heard.
- Data Fluent: You are comfortable querying data to generate actionable insights and connect quantified goals to meaningful business outcomes.
What You Will Do
- Support the Senior Product Manager by defining product specifications and removing blockers so the team can execute at a fast pace.
- Act as the primary link between Finance/Operations and the Engineering team, translating needs into technical builds.
- Identify growth levers and blockers within flows and prioritize initiatives that move us to automated, scalable systems.
- Deeply understand your product area and propose actions to improve it while clearly articulating the trade-offs.
- Contribute to the quarterly planning process, making recommendations on high-priority initiatives that align with the company's strategy in your product area.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure buy-in across the organization and communicate clearly when you need guidance or need to push back on decisions.
