Responsibilities
- Build and optimize the platform’s user growth framework, continuously improving conversion rates across key user journeys, including registration, KYC, deposits, and trading.
- Develop user segmentation models and implement targeted strategies for acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement.
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, design and execute A/B tests and growth experiments.
- Plan and optimize user growth campaigns, incentive programs, and membership/rewards systems to increase user engagement and asset retention.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to drive growth initiatives from concept to execution.
- Participate in localization efforts by developing growth strategies tailored to different markets and user segments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1–3 years of experience in Growth Operations, User Operations, Data Operations, or related fields
- Solid understanding of user lifecycle management, with hands-on experience in acquisition, retention, and conversion optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and growth opportunities through data.
- Familiar with growth methodologies such as A/B testing, user segmentation, and conversion funnel optimization.
- Strong logical thinking, execution capability, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Prior experience in FinTech, payments, digital banking, brokerage, or financial services is preferred.
