The Role
Our talent team is growing! We're hiring for a recruiter who thrives as a utility player; responsible for bringing globally elite talent to the team, evolving Tempo’s hiring engine and being an exceptional storyteller to the market.
Responsibilities
- Assemble the best engineering, product, design and growth teams in fintech. We want someone who thrives working across the business and not just particular domains.
- Build a high-throughput, high-signal hiring machine
- Guide hiring managers to good decisions
- Define and develop our candidate-facing talent brand
- Embrace AI in how we identify, engage and hire talent.
Qualifications
- Deep hands-on experience building world-class technical and/or non-technical teams
- A history of creating and sustaining a top-1% global talent bar
- Evidence of good judgment about people and the ability to replicate that in others
- 6-8+ years of startup or high growth tech company experience in a recruiting role.
- Preference for people with deep experience in crypto or fintech
