THE ROLE: Senior Product Manager – National Security
As a Senior Product Manager, National Security, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of impactful features and products, owning the roadmap, prioritizing features, and collaborating across teams. You will act as the bridge between customers, product design, engineering, and go-to-market teams, ensuring every feature delivers value and aligns with TRM’s strategic objectives.
Impact You’ll Have
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer impact, technical feasibility, dependencies, and resources
- Translate customer needs into detailed product specifications, breaking down epics into actionable user stories
- Collaborate with Product Design and Engineering to deliver intuitive, user-centric solutions
- Drive end-to-end feature delivery: ideation → testing → QA → post-launch analysis
- Partner with go-to-market teams for successful product launches, demos, and customer enablement
- Monitor product performance, gather insights, and iterate to improve satisfaction and usage metrics
- Stay informed on customer workflows, market trends, and competitive landscapes to influence strategy
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS startups or with National Security customers
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills to transform product visions into actionable user stories
- Proven ability to collaborate across functions: engineering, design, and marketing
- Analytical mindset to measure impact and leverage data insights
- Basic technical knowledge to scope features and ensure feasibility
- Customer-focused with empathy and active listening skills
- Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced, changing priorities
