Fireblocks is seeking a SeniorTalent Acquisition Partner, GTM to join our growing People team and play a critical role in scaling our revenue-driving organizations. This is a highly visible, consultative role for a recruiter who thrives in fast-moving environments, enjoys solving complex hiring challenges, and is motivated by building scalable recruiting practices. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting while influencing hiring strategy through data, market insights, and a deep understanding of the GTM talent landscape.
What you’ll do
- Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from intake through offer and close, ensuring a thoughtful and high-quality candidate experience
- Act as a talent advisor to GTM leadership (Sales, Marketing), providing real-time market mapping, competitor insights, and compensation trends to ensure our offers remain winning ones.
- Build a "warm bench" of elite GTM talent, ensuring we have a ready-to-move pipeline for high-priority territories and roles before the need becomes urgent.
- Continuously iterate on recruiting processes, introducing creative and scalable solutions to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and hiring outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Partners, People Ops, and Hiring Managers to ensure a seamless and compliant hiring process.
- Identify and resolve recruiting bottlenecks, proactively addressing challenges before they impact hiring velocity or quality.
Who you are
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (ideally SaaS, fintech, cybersecurity, or crypto/blockchain environments).
- 3+ years experience hiring for GTM functions (Sales, Marketing, Sales engineering, etc.).
- Strong ability to partner with and influence senior leaders through trust, data, and sound judgment.
- Demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
- Experience using recruiting data and metrics to identify trends and improve outcomes.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly as business needs evolve.
- Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools (we use Greenhouse/Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Experience building diverse pipelines and inclusive hiring practices at scale.
For employees hired to work from New York, or from our NYC HQ, Fireblocks is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range is specific to New York City and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $140,000 - $175,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a competitive equity grant, and generous benefits.
