What you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for the analysis and optimization of Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) across chip, package, and system levels.
- Collaborate with chip design, package design, and board-level design teams to optimize floor planning, Pad ring, RDL, bump map, and ball map designs.
- Conduct modeling, analysis, optimization, and verification of chip package structures; perform SI/PI risk assessments and sign-off for high-speed interfaces.
- Establish and deliver detailed SI/PI design guidelines and rules for chip products.
- Build and maintain simulation material libraries, model libraries, simulation environments, advanced SI/PI methodologies, and simulation workflows.
- Perform correlation between SI/PI simulation results and physical lab measurements and collaborate on cross-functional debugging of SI/PI issues.
How you will stand out:
- Degree in Microelectronics, Telecommunications, Electromagnetics, Microwave Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
- Solid theoretical foundation in Signal Integrity and Power Integrity fundamentals.
- Proficiency in at least one mainstream SI/PI tool, such as ANSYS Electronics Desktop (EDT/HFSS), HSPICE, Keysight ADS, or Cadence Sigrity.
- Strong learning agility and intellectual curiosity, with a drive to dive deep into signal integrity engineering.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
