Who You Are

Galaxy Custody Infrastructure is seeking a talented Solution Engineer to join our global team, supporting our activities across Asia. You will play a key role in leading pre-sales engagements, and providing expert customer success, while collaborating closely with global teams to deliver secure, customized blockchain solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with the sales team to deliver product demonstrations and address technical questions during the sales process
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients to ensure a deep understanding of the product and its capabilities.
  • Provide ongoing support to customers across the region, including troubleshooting, training and guidance on proper product use to ensure satisfaction and successful product adoption.
  • Work closely with product and development teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to continuous product improvement.
  • Provide support to local customers.
  • Drive revenue and growth opportunities with existing customers.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales or Solution Engineer, plus experience in Customer Success and Support Engineer or Implementation
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in operation systems (Linux), networking, system integration, API, software troubleshooting, and problem-solving methodologies
  • Experience with cloud technologies
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on effective communication and patience in resolving customer concerns
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team in a collaborative environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of effective time management and task prioritization
  • Experience working with clients in international markets, preferably within Asia
  • Familiarity with blockchain technologies or financial markets experience is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required; additional Asian languages (e.g., Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese) are a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
