Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential institutional partners across key ecosystem scenarios; develop tailored collaboration proposals.
- Deepen partnership opportunities, including RWA, custody collaborations, and joint product launches.
- Conduct ongoing market research and attend industry events to monitor competitor ecosystem activities.
- Explore new ecosystem scenarios and products; design and refine revenue models (e.g., trading volume splits, user referrals) with quantifiable ROI.
- Drive partner adoption of core exchange products such as lending and staking to improve platform performance metrics.
- Support due diligence for asset management target managers.
- Identify asset management ecosystem partners, such as performance rating agencies and recommendation platforms.
- Prepare due diligence documentation for fund platform investors and proactively source new capital providers.
- Create internal SOPs for sales teams based on ecosystem business characteristics.
- Support Business Development with partner onboarding, including contracts and mutual due diligence processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher; Finance, Economics, or Marketing preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in finance; background in private banking, trusts, or third-party wealth management is a plus.
- Passion for new product research and process standardization; experience with crypto ecosystems or overseas banks is advantageous.
- Strong negotiation skills and expertise in managing high-end client relationships with a long-term service mindset.
- Fluent English required.
- Solid understanding of macroeconomics, capital markets, and wealth management tools.
